How to become an official

To become a referee you’ll need good observation, leadership, confidence, and communication skills to be able to manage a squash game. There are four levels for certification, which once achieved, is valid for two years. These certifications are skill- based and require specific competencies.

To start your journey and become a certified official you will complete our online courses located in the Squash Australia Learning Centre.
