Maintaining your Club's affiliation with Squash Australia and your State Association makes sure your club and your members have access to valuable benefits and insurance coverage throughout the year. Here’s a quick guide to help you navigate the annual renewal process.

What to Expect
Each July, Squash Australia and your State Association will reach out to your club via email to start the affiliation renewal process.
Renewal Requirements
- Complete Club Details Update in MySquashAus: When you first log on after 1st July, the system will prompt you to check the contact details for the club and your officials.
- Affiliation and Insurance Payment Information: You will receive an invoice on 1st July for Club Affiliation. The fee is fixed and covers 12 months of affiliation (1 July - 30 June)
- Certificate of Currency: You will receive your Insurance Certificate of Currency (COC) once payment has been made.
Important Dates
- Renewal Window: The renewal window for FY26 will open on 1st July 2025 and close on 30 July 2025. This will ensure continuity of your insurance cover and access to the club portal in MySquashAUS.
- Affiliation Period: Club affiliation is valid for one year, from 1st July to 30th June each year.
- Late Renewals: Clubs that fail to renew and pay their affiliation fees by 30th July will lose their affiliated status.
- Insurance Expiration: Clubs that fail to renew and pay their affiliation fees by 30th July will lose their insurance benefits from 1st August.
