Volunteer now for City Tattersalls Group Australian Open

Want to be part of the biggest squash event of the year?

The 2024 City Tattersalls Group Australian Open is taking place in Sydney on 20-24 March and we're on the lookout for enthusiastic volunteers to take the event to another level.

If you're looking to get involved, ensure you register your interest by Sunday 11 February.

Event Services 
Event services will be at the forefront of the event and a first point of contact with players, spectators and VIP Guests attending across venues including Martin Place show court. Services include ticketing officers, merchandise sales, accreditation coordinators and player liaisons. The event services team will ensure attendees have all the appropriate information and access to the event.

Operation Services
The operations team will assist with delivery of the event to ensure the everything runs seamlessly across venues including at Martin Place show court. As venue coordinators and court assistants they will be critical to the events success and involved in diverse activities across the event. These volunteers will be immersed in all the action providing hands on operational support to the event.

Event Volunteer Dates

  • Pre-Event 18-19 March 2024
  • PSA Event 20-24 March 2024
  • Graded Event 22-24 March 2024

Volunteer Requirements

  • Read, acknowledge, and comply with Squash Australia Volunteer Code of Conduct
  • Evidence of current Working with Children Check
  • Complete Sport Integrity Australia Courses - Child Safeguarding in Sport Induction and Competition Manipulation and Sports Betting
