Squash Australia serves up release of 2026 National Calendar

Squash Australia, together with all State and Territory Associations, has announced the release of its 2026 National Calendar, a roadmap outlining next years major squash events taking place across the country.

The 2026 National Calendar promises a year packed with opportunities for professionals, juniors, seniors and recreational players alike.

A central feature of the 2026 calendar is the refined Event Type classification system, designed to simplify the search for relevant competitions.

Events are categorised as per below: 

categories including:

  • PSA: The pinnacle of the sport, featuring professional players from Australia and abroad competing for prize money.
  • AJST (Australian Junior Squash Tour): The core tour for juniors to earn points towards a national ranking.
  • Bronze, Silver, Gold & Platinum: A tiered system for state and national championships, from introductory Bronze events to the prestigious Platinum-level Australian Junior Open and National Championships.
  • Graded: Senior ability-based tournaments (e.g., Premier, A, B, C grade), which may use SquashLevels for seeding and are open to juniors of equivalent ability.
  • Doubles & Racquetball: Specialised formats offering a dynamic and fun competitive experience.
  • Junior/Graded/Masters Teams: Team-based events catering to all genders and abilities.

To ensure the community has access to the most current information, the 2026 calendar will be updated on a monthly basis. While Squash Australia strives for accuracy, some dates and locations may be subject to change and will be listed as TBC (To Be Confirmed) or TBA (To Be Announced).

All tournament entries will be managed through the streamlined MySquashAus platform, making registration seamless for the entire community.
