Squash players over 35 years of age from around the country can now secure their place at the 2026 Oceania Squash Masters, set for 4-7 March in Christchurch, New Zealand.
The event is part of the wider New Zealand Festival of Sqaush, which returns next year with an expanded program for players and fans.
The Oceania Masters will be hosted across several Christchurch squash venues, including Christchurch Squash Club, Burnside Squash Club, Richmond Club Squash Centre and Christchurch Football Squash Club.
The Masters competition is open to players aged 35+, with age groups offering in five-year brackets through to 70+. With multiple events running simultaneously, players and families will have the chance to compete in their own division while also experiencing world-class squash at the NZ Squash Open, a PSA Silver tournament returning as the centrepiece of the festival.
President of the Oceania Squash Federation Robert Donaghue added: “The Festival of Squash is a fantastic concept, combining international elite competition with age-group events that allow families to travel together, play together, and be inspired by the top players in the world. It’s a brilliant showcase of what squash can offer our region.”
Australian players are welcome to register for the Oceania Squash Masters with an entry fee of $50. Participants will also receive a 15% discount on tickets for the NZ Squash Open sessions on 3-5 March and access to secure finals tickets on 6-8 March. Participants also get an exclusive invite to purchase a ticket to the VIP opening night of the NZ Squash Open at the Isaac Theatre Royal, including food and an open bar.
