Australia Squash Tour Kicks Off with 2026 PSA Swarmer SA Open in Adelaide

The 2026 PSA Swarmer SA Open will take centre stage this week in Adelaide from 20-24 May.
The tournament marks the start of the 2026 Australia Squash Tour and features athletes from around the world competing for the SA title.
Filling the top line on the men’s draw is Hong Kong’s Chi Him Wong. With a World Ranking of #104, he’ll be looking to add another title to his already eleven pre-existing PSA titles.
World #102 Nga Ching Cheng is the top seed in the women’s draw. The Hong Kong star was a quarter finalist last year in the NSW Squash Bega Open and will look to have more success in Australia this week.
Australia’s Thomas Scott enters the tournament as the top Australian seed in the men’s draw and fifth seed overall.
Fellow Aussies Nicholas Calver, Tate Norris, Bradley Fullick and Connor Hayes find themselves in the top 10 seeds for the event.
In the Women's draw, twenty two players will be battling it out for the title of 2026 Swarmer SA Open Women’s Champion, includingSouth Australian local and world #157, Rema Muniandy, who will enter the women's tournament as the fifth seed.
Completing the quartet of Australian athletes in the women’s draw is Hannah Slyth (10th seed), Sze Yu Lee (13th seed) and Shona Coxsedge (17th seed).
In round one, Australia’s top seed will progress into round two with a bye, with the remaining locals taking to the court to secure a second round match.
All Australian players competing in the tournament will be accumulating points towards the Australian Squash Tour standings.
