1. Where are my members and how can I locate them?
- Members are archived with a rollover which makes their memberships inactive. This is done so they can renew their profiles into the new season, pay the new season’s registration fees and so on.
- No data is lost with a rollover, but the members are now in your archives. You can, however, still both search for and report on members that are in your archive:
Search:
- Members > search > tick include members not active this season > click search
- Scroll below your current members to see your archived ones
Report:
- Members > reporting > change Export seasonal data from to the previous season > tick Exclude members from the current season> click generate report
2. Can I update member details?
- You can do this after running a search for your archived members by going to Members > search > tick include members not active this season > click search
- Next, scroll down past your current members and locate the member in question, For each archived member, you will be able to:
- View their profiles
- Update their details
- Look at each member’s history
3. How do I email members from the previous season?
- This can be done via Members > email members > change seasons to the previous one > tick Exclude members from the current season > create the content and send the email
4. I have followed the instructions but I am still having issues/our members are still having issues. What do I do?
· If you are still having problems, please email support@revolutionise.com.au noting the nature of your issue. You can also find specific support options at https://www.revolutionise.com.au/contact-us
1. Why do I need to renew now; it is not 12-months since I registered/renewed?
Squash Australia membership runs over the course of the financial year - July to June. Signing up mid-year still only provides membership through to the end of that financial year. After renewing this month, your membership will run through to the end of June 2025.
2. When I attempt to register for my club, there isn't a payment option.
Clubs are responsible for rolling over their membership and payment platform to the new financial year. If members are not seeing the option for their club, it is most likely the club has yet to setup the rollover to the new financial year on their end. Please contact your club directly as this issue would affect all members at your club attempting to renew.
3. I have received emails from Squash Australia recently and have renewed, but am still receiving more information - do I need to do anything else?
No. If you have successfully renewed for 2024/25, any further information you see from Squash Australia is not needed by you. We are simply trying to ensure all members of the squash community have as much information as possible to simply navigate the renewal process in the MySquashAUS system for the first time.
4. I've followed all the instructions/contacted my club/haven't heard back from my club and still cannot renew... what next?
If you are still having problems, please email support@revolutionise.com.au noting the nature of your issue. You can also find specific customer support options at https://www.revolutionise.com.au/contact-us
1. When are my match results updated in SquashLevels?
Squash Levels syncs all competition data from MySquashAUS at 2.00am GMT/12noon AEST each day.
2. When does my SquashLevel adjust after a match is completed?
An individual's SquashLevel will be updated with any new results at 6.30am GMT/4.30pm AEST each day.
For example: Player A completes a match at 9pm on Monday night. This result will be synced with SquashLevels at 12noon AEST on Tuesday and their SquashLevel will be adjusted at 4.30pm AEST Tuesday.
3. Why does my SquashLevel sometimes change even if I haven't played a match?
Even if a player hasn't played a new match, their level can still change slightly due to factors such as calibration, historic matches going into our system or an opponent they have recently played having their level been made more accurate, so the percentage change for their match with them could also change. These changes are all in an effort to ensure that your SquashLevel is the most accurate it can be.
4. What is the difference between SquashLevels and my old SportyHQ rating?
