MySquashAUS Rollover FY25

 

Over the past 12 months, we have transitioned the squash community to the MySquashAUS platform. The project has been a significant undertaking, and it could not have been possible without the support of clubs and centres around the country.

 

We are approaching the final phase of the rollout, with the new membership year starting on 1 July 2024.

 

This marks the first time that current members need to be renewed in the MySquashAUS platform, and we want to ensure clubs and centres are confident in the process they need to undertake to ensure a seamless process for your club members.

 

We have created some FAQs, especially for clubs and centres, to ensure your portal is ready to process renewals, and a dedicated portal for the renewal process with links to the relevant information and support.

 

You also have access to a dedicated support team to assist with any issues. They can be contacted at support@revolutionise.com.au or by lodging a support ticket in your club portal.

 

Step 1: The next time you log in to your portal, Club Admins will be prompted to confirm or update Club details to ensure we have the most up-to-date information for your club.Click here to find your club portal

Step 2: To ensure your members can renew or new members can join, Club Admins will need to update your payment classes in your club portal. This also includes linking each membership category to the relevant State & National payment class.
