How to become a coach

Coaching is a valuable and gratifying experience helping others develop and achieve their personal goals. Becoming a Squash Australia certified coach is the first step to developing the skills and confidence to assist squash players to become the best they can be. The entry level of coaching starts at becoming a Foundation coach where teachers, parents, and recreation personnel can start to learn how to create positive, safe, and inclusive learning environments for participants to learn, enjoy and thrive through sport. An introduction to coaching for those interested in delivering skill-based, participation focused training sessions.

There are four levels for certification, which once achieved, is validated for three years. To start your journey and become a certified coach you will complete our online and practical courses located in the Squash Australia Learning Centre.
